Avoid me,

Don't be over weight

Reduce salt intake,

Reduce alcohol intake

Reduce fat intake,

Don't smoke

Do regular exercise

Lessen stress,

Have a positive attitude.


Eat a balance diet

Do daily exercise,

Drink a lot of water

Do yearly blood pressure


Take your medication if prescribed,

Smile, laugh don't cry.

Be happy.
