#SweetPotatoes
Sweet potatoes are root vegetables rich in minerals, vitamins A, C, B2, and B6, folic acid, copper, zinc, potassium, iron, and calcium.
Filled with anti-inflammatory properties, sweet potatoes help to relieve joint pain and swelling caused by arthritis. They must be eaten at least three times a week, with the skin intact, to provide the most benefit from their nutritional properties.
Sweet potatoes can be eaten boiled, steamed, or baked.
Serving suggestion: Steam sweet potatoes with stewed mackerel and vegetables.
