Menopause is a woman problem which affect every woman differently , it is a time of change that will happen in every woman's life, around the age of 45-55. This is when the levels of the hormones oestrogen and progesterone , produced from the ovaries began to drop until your period eventually stops. Your body then starts a new cycle which causes changes which  can be very hard to deal with.


Some of the symptoms are.

* Hot flushes

* Night sweats and  sleeplessness

* Headaches, forgetfulness, irritability, feeling low and emotional.


Menopause symptoms can be relieved by eating a  healthy balanced diet,taking oil of primrose capsules, staying active, learning how to relax and avoid smoking.


You can also try  hormone replacement therapy if you are a suitable candidate for it, your doctor will advice you on this and other therapy that is available to help you.
