#Recipe for Pain Management!
Sharing a recipe for body pain:
I came across this recipe and would like to share it as I try it myself.
Recipe:
2 slice of pine apple
2 tablespoon of oats
1 small banana
1 table spoon of honey
3 milliltrers of water
Blend for 5 minutes and drink as breakfast or snacks daily.
You can have it three times a week unt
il your pain will go away.
PS: I use tin pineapples because I cannot peel the real fruits.
