Recipe for Pain Management!
Sharing a recipe for body Pain:
I came across this recipe and would like to share it as I try it myself
2 slice of pine apple
2 tablespoon of oats
1 small banana
1table spoon of honey
! table spoon of honey
3 milliltrers of water
Blend for 5 minutes and drink as breakfast or snacks daily.
You can have it three times a week unt
il your pain go away.
PS: I use tin pineapples because I cannot peal the real fruits.
